In our daily business we used many web services that proclaimed to be simple to use.
We were shocked by what some people can perceive as simple. It was more like marketing
slogan (or their desire) more than their real approach to the service creation.
It's very hard to create a really simple product or service. Just look at Apple, their products
(iPhone, iPad) and their competition. It's much easier to make something messy than clean
and understandbale user interface.
That's why we decided to challenge status quo and show what WE in purespot mean by
simple, easy-to-use and understandable design and UI. That's how idea of purLight was
born.
P.S.: We didn't start in garage as Apple or other companies. Let's hope it's not an obstacle
to be successful. If it's a requirement for success, we will rent some garage :-)
Give us some advice.
If there were possibility to make blood or DNA analysis of our company, you would find the following results:
User first in all we do - design, support. It takes enery and time to work accordingly. However, if we do it well, user becomes our client. That's our reward.
The devil is in details. That's why we are obssesed by thinking not only about big picture of whole solution, but closely focus on small things that you might not even notice.
We love clean UI. To do it, we get rid of some features. It's needed sacrifice. By doing so, we help users to focus on what's really matters and save them from wasting their time.
Many business apps are ugly. In purespot we love sexy and attractive design.
Price Transparency. Some companie use complicated pricing structures that no one can really understand. That's not our case.
Trust is hard to get but easy to lose. We know it from our personal and privet lives. That's why we appreciate very much you approach us with trust. May we never give you reason to leave.
